Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Some of our candles are Made To Order and require 3 days to create and cure before shipping. We ship with Canada Post. 

At Vintage Products we have such a wide variety of scents and sizes available for order.  The candle making process itself takes 24 hrs. During this time we create the candle, allow it time to set and provide labeling. Then another 48 hrs to cure for a perfectly scented candle. 

Our seasonal scents we keep on hand ready to ship where as our Specialty and Off-Season scents are made to order.

Refunds will be provided if the product is defective or arrives broken where shipping was provided. 

All our candles are hand poured in small batches. We work hard to ensure consistency but in the rare instance that there is a functional issue with your candle we will replace the product or offer a store credit.  We spend many months testing our candles to ensure quality in wax, scent, wick and containers.

We will require image(s) of any product that arrives broken and unused. 

We have provided a Candle Care Guide on our website to help troubleshoot any possible issues that may arise. Please read carefully to ensure proper candle care.  ALWAYS Trim your candle wick between burns.

We offer pick up at any event that we are a vendor. These Events will be posted to our Facebook business page and Instagram page. You can email us ahead of time to ensure we have the candles/scents available for your order and we will place them to the side for you to pick up. You can pay at the event or prior to.

Delivery-  We provide this option to any customer in the South Etobicoke area for $8. We will email you to confirm delivery date and approx time and your candles will be placed at your door. At delivery we will also email or text (if # is provided) that your candles have been delivered.  (These items are not shipped)

Yes! We have multiple options for wedding favors. 

Choose your size, scent and color for any of our Candles, Bath Bombs, Bath Salts or Organic Hand Balm.

We can custom make Wedding Party Favors for your Bridesmaids, Family and Wedding Organizers. These can include: Gift Baskets (most popular) or Gift Bags. Email us for pricing and package options.
